the receptionists offered prompt assistance when we requested extra pillows. the room was clean, and the shower had excellent water pressure! i found the wi-fi worked without issues and allowed us to stream movies in the evening. the breakfast buffet had various hot and cold selections.
i noticed some wear on the furniture in the room.

i found convenient parking for my car equipped with a rooftop carrier, a huge plus! the hotel was awesome with super clean rooms. the hotel's staff, especially the reception team, were super cute and provided help all the time. the wide array of breakfast options was also great.
during my stay, i had issues with the neighborhood around the hotel. the environment seemed dark plus had litter around, which wasn't too inviting.

the room had two queen beds which suited my family perfectly. the room was clean plus relatively spacious giving everyone enough space. i found the beds comfy leading to a restful sleep .

I enjoyed a recently upgraded fitness center that features a state of the art Matrix weight lifting machine. The pool remains a top notch facility especially for families. Staff members made things easy for me during check in and check out.
The surrounding area is a bit dark and there is some litter on the street although the hotel is close to main attractions.

The hotel is in a good location with easy access by public transport. A pharmacy and variety store are very close, convenient for any needed supplies. Restaurants and grocery stores are also within a few minutes walk.

The receptionists are cute and helpful, they treat their guests with respect. The staff in the restaurant are friendly. They provided me with extra coffee, creams, and sweeteners upon request without hesitation. The staff cleaned the room daily.
